I've always loved to eat! I grew up a homeschool kid, and although I did play a few sports (which I was terrible at) most of my free time was consumed with legos, video games, drums, and SNACKS! Creativity versus athleticism was always my thing. When my senior year rolled around, I was basically finished with school already and spent most of my afternoons becoming pretty obsessed with Food Network. My mom is an excellent cook, so I always ate great food..but as my interest in food grew even more, so did my palette and desire for new things. Fast forward college, touring with a couple bands, and the occasional cooking experiments, I felt like the Lord opened a door for me to take a risk on my passion of cooking and I opened Manna Cafe & Eatery in March of 2013. Three years later, its still going and I guess I'm heading to the World Food Championships. God is good y'all!
