Growing up my dad had a love for BBQ and cooking great food for lots of people. After he passed away I continued on cooking in the back yard the more I cooked the more friends and family love to come and eat. I met Jay with Sho Gud Barbque about a year and a half ago, He started teaching me competition BBQ. I decided i was ready to try a competition, at our first competition together we one Grand champion and a Golden Ticket. With one month to go before the World food championship we have a lot to do to get ready ...but here we go!!!!
