I have always been a foodie...enjoying everything from comfort foods at home....to trendy fun new tastes from favorite restaurants ! I got swept up by the excitement of recipe contests and competitive cooking and "Hit the jackpot " in 2012 when I was honored to be selected by Just A Pinch to compete in the sandwich competition at The World Food Championships in Vegas....and somehow found myself in the finals ! That led to qualification for the 2013 WFC Sandwich competition...and that led to qualification again for the 2014 competition ! This year I am qualified with Just A Pinch, and extremely grateful and proud to be part of their group of home cooks ! I cannot wait ....New venue !.... New category ! Bring it ON !!! Let the games begin !
