I've been in the architectural and construction industry for over 40 years but my love and passion is cooking. I'm an amateur home cook, but I know I can compete against the best and hold my own.This is my second trip to the WFC and I'm seeking to improve my finish this year over last, not settling for anything but the top ten. I've only been competitive cooking for about 5 years and love every minute of it, whether it's just a recipe contest or a live cooking competition. As I inch closer to retirement, I think more and more about competitive cooking and the thrill of being around all of these great chefs. Look out Florida, HERE I COME!
