Competitive cook for several years including, BBQ, Grilling, desserts, recipes, Chili, Dutch Oven, well you get the point, I love it all. Have been to the WFC last year and have been competing actively in BBQ for 4 years. Recipe contest, and other cook offs have been on and off for 20 years. I have a degree in Agriculture, so I probably look at meats differently than most. I love the thrill of victory and work hard at my response to defeat. I am looking forward to seeing everyone in Florida!!!!
