Not only will I be returning to defend my title of World Sandwich Champion 2014 , I am after that $100 grand ! My cooking method is to go big or go home..... I love making huge delicious sandwiches ! I grew up in the small Hispanic farming community of Planada , Ca and have a deep love and appreciation of scratch made Mexican food. I love preparing homemade sauces of dried chiles , salsas and tortillas . I started out as a self taught home cook and then went on to take a hospitality management course . They say home is where your heart is and i will always be a home cook at heart . My passion Is Preparing home style food made with lots of love !
