Hi! My name is Cindy Hawkins. I am the pastry chef and owner of Circle City Sweets in Indianapolis, IN as well as a full-time pastry/baking instructor at Ivy Tech Community College. I am a graduate of the French Pastry School in Chicago. I lean more French in the pastry I do, from Kouign-Amanns and croissants to macarons and madeleines. I love to bake and love to teach up and comers the wonderful world of pastry.
