Cooking is one of my passions, it is a way to express my self, I love to transform ordinary ingredients into a tasty dish using fresh local products as much as possible. I learned to cook at a young age by mixing my Mexican heritage traditions and flavors to create dishes that will bring joy to my family and the people who eat them. I love entering cooking contests and trying (new to me) ingredients. I also like to stay active and love to run races from 5k to marathons.
