QUALIFYING EVENT: Tastemaker's Choice
I have worked for Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts for the last 5 years. In that time I began as a Pastry Instructor and have moved up to Director of Education. Prior to the college I worked for Stations Casinos in their corporate commissary. I also helped to opened Mandaly Bay Hotel and Casino and continued to work there for 6 years. I have competed in the Culinary Olympics in Erfort, Germany and many ACF competitions in the United States.
