QUALIFYING EVENT: FoodChamp Challenge - Recipe
I've been cooking seriously for only the past 4 years, before that I didn't really enjoy cooking very much. I now experiment with all types of ingredients and spices. As far as types of food, only organic and grass fed, free range types of ingredients make it in my dishes. It is very important to me that I know what I'm putting into my body. Eating that way, one must cook, so now I embrace creating dishes in the kitchen. My day job is accounting/project management so in my spare time I enjoy being creative through food for my friends and family.
