QUALIFYING EVENT: Just a Pinch - Dessert
To me there is nothing that compares to preparing the perfect dish to share with family and friends. Cooking simply "lights me up inside". I come from a background of talented home cooks who's style is very southern-traditional. Basically I like to "play with my food"- experimenting with unexpected elements. When you combine the two styles some very exciting dishes happen.
