QUALIFYING EVENT: Tustin Street Fair and Chili Cookoff
Have been competing in ICS competitions for 30 years. I have cooked in the World competition 7 times and have became a world champion for salsa in 2009. Just sold a restaurant that I had for 17 years that was featured on California Gold with Huell Howser I now have a western style catering business specializing in smoked foods.
