QUALIFYING EVENT: FoodChamp Challenge - Sandwich
I am Japanese and moved to the US 4 years ago to marry to my American husband. I am just a regular housewife who loves to EAT, especially very hot and spicy food. I love to experiment, try to cook something new to me and of course to enjoy to eat something new to me. I have been learning American dishes since I moved from Japan yet never forget my mother's food and sometimes cook something she used to make thinking about my Japanese family.
