COMPETITION: World Sandwich Championship
QUALIFYING EVENT: FoodChamp Challenge - Sandwich
I'm looking forward to my second trip to the World Food Championships - last year I came in 15th in the Burger competition. In 2012 I got in as a Wild Card, but for 2013 I'll be there as a finalist in the Sandwich Food Champ Challenge. 2013 is my 11th year competing in a variety of cooking competitions including Chili, Dutch Oven, Dessert and, of course, BBQ. I'm hoping to combine that experience plus what I learned at WFC 2012 for an even more successful and fun event.
