Scout master, Sunday school teacher, Preschool director and Mom are the many hats I have worn while building my culinary background. Cooking for 10 or for 250 is the joy of my life. I now work with my life partner and business partner, Tina, running a mobile food truck and certified kitchen base. We are "The Gouda Girls", not your average Midwest Milk Maids!
