I have been baking for 12 years and running a business for almost 5 years. I am a City of Miami Fireman and a pastry chef on my off days. I am the cook at the station and I make breakfast, lunch and dinner for 17 guys every shift. Also, I own and operate Fireman Derek's World Famous Pies food truck.
