Tom Wallin is the owner of Dances With Smoke BBQ & Grilling Spice Rubs and Pitmaster for Dances With Smoke Barbeque. He has competed in approximately 100 BBQ competitions in the past 9 years. During his career, he has been Grand Champion 10 times including the 2008 Canadian National BBQ Championship, Washington State BBQ Championship (multiple times), and Oregon State BBQ Championship. He has also be Reserve Grand Champion 16 times, including the 2009 Canadian National BBQ Championship, and state championships in Washington (multiple times), Oregon (multiple times), Montana, and the province of British Columbia.
