QUALIFYING EVENT: Le Cordon BleuI am a Baking and Patisserie student fron Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas. This is actually my second degree as I have finished my Bachelor's in Culinary already. I have worked in the industry for 3 years already, both in the hot kitchen and pastry kitchen. The last place I have worked at was at Hyatt Hotel Canberra in Australia. I was a Pastry Apprentice chef before I moved here in Vegas and decide to pursue a Baking and Patisserie degree.
