QUALIFYING EVENT: Greenspun ChefsI am orginally from Annapolis, MD and that is where my culinary roots alll started! I attended the Culinary Institute of America, and have worked here in Las Vegas for the past 6 years in various restaurants. I started a catering company with my business partner which is slowely taking over in the city of Las Vegas. Currently in the final stages of opening a restaurant in downtown Las Vegas and launching our hummus into local whole foods.
