QUALIFYING EVENT: WFC Online Recipe ContestI am a Nola-native foodie with a passion for the culinary world and hungry for a new opportunity. My life revolves around my kitchen and the next party I am throwing. My cuisine is influenced by our unique food culture and generations of family traditions. My three children have carried out this same love of cooking with their own unique style. My oldest daughter is a stay at home mom/chef for her children. My youngest son enjoys cooking also and has even challenged me to Bobby Flay- style throw down food challenges. My middle daughter, Kelseay, who will be assisting me in this challenge, is planning to start her own Nola- style food stand in New York City.
I believe my daughter and I have the skills and culinary drive to take over this competition! So get ready judges, your in for a treat!
