The experience is just as important as the cuisine. I am true foodie at heart raised on the tastes of Northern Mexico and Southwest Texas. Proud to be a Chicago native I'm born a natural to the grill and not afraid of the kitchen. Always excited to celebrate all types of cuisine, from the simplest of dishes to the most complex, I'll give anything a go within my reach.
