There's nothing like treating yourself to a nice, juicy steak, but we're more impressed by how you COOK one. We introduced this flavorful category at WFC 2016, and it won the top honors with a $100,000 prize!
This year, we've mixed it up a bit! The opening round of Steak will follow the SCA (Steak Cookoff Association) contest structure. From there, ten cooks will advance to the Steak Top Ten, where they will be judged on the E.A.T Methodology.
We'll be watching grill masters from all over the world fire it, but only one will walk away as the World Steak Champion and a shot at fortune and fame at the Final Table!
